I disagree with Rodger's Review, this is NOT a cell phone program but a PC contact list dialer. And yes it is FREEWARE. The Shareware program is the deluxe version

This was listed as "Freeware" until the installation program was running. Then it became "Shareware". After installing, it wouldn't connect to my cell phone. Each time I clicked an item, there was a pop-up message: "Purchase the Pro version to eliminate pop-ups!". Downloading and installing this GARBAGE was a waste of time.
