Their tech support ignores you if you have a question that they can't answer. After two messages they knew it was over their heads and they simply stopped responding to my emails. They said they were looking into it and that PERHAPS the GPF issue would be solved in an upcoming update or upgrade. Stay away from this money hungry company unless you like THROWING MONEY AWAY.
