I use it since week to learn more about background processes that slow down my pc. I recommend that software.

While playing with Anti-Spy. Info I found several things running that I had no idea were there. it also finds stuff that, for example, will run when internet explorer starts. I have malware on a machine at work that I have been trying to isolate for hours, bet this finds it in 5 minutes or less! Where has this software been all my life?
