I really am very dissapointed with the support offered for this. They take too long to reply to customer e-mails. I e-mailed them about a payment option and the staff replied. But the staff member hasn't replied for 2 days... Very poor and unfair service. I was told that they'd set an account up for me as well to set my deadline.

We've bought this software for our website but found several critic bugs. We tried to get them fixed, but got a reply ithat the the bugs will be fixed in the next release. Now it's 3 months!!! since we've been waiting. Terrible :(
