Very nicely done. Only thing I would add is a option to add shortcut to desktop, and launch on finish installation.

The one difference between this and the other updaters I've found, is that this also allows Videos to be synced; all others only sync music. For this reason alone, it's the best for me. I am having problems with crashes during updates with the current version (crash of iTunes, rather than the tool).
