I can safely say this is the easiest software system I have used for small hotels. I've reviewed many over the years and most of them are far too complex for the average small business owner. If I wanted complex then I wouldn't be running a small business!

So what does it do? The central idea is to manage reservations, but in with that you can also manage customers, payments, rooms and so on. It's simple, lightweight and easy on the eyes. Once you've made bookings you can view them on a grid or list depending on your preference. I'd preferred the grid (they call it Advanced Calendar) since you can see over a longer period of time, it's also color coded which helps in scanning what's available.

I've also played with the online bookings which it links into. It looks pretty good, although I haven't set up my website yet so I can't test it fully until that is running. Still it seems to work well.

Overall it's a good little system, ideal for me in my little hotel!
