The new interface rocks! It is alot more organized and easy to use. There are also new quarantine options, automatic updates, automatic scanning. Effectiveness, lethality is top notch, nothing can mess with this software.
You don't need to worry about any viruses when you have this software. You can open any attachment, if it's infected eTrust will take care of it.
Product is very stable, doesn't crash or freeze, un-installs easily. Better than Norton and Mcafee in my opinion. You can also get new versions at no extra charge as long as you're licensed.
They do need to improve on the Tech Support by notifying the users more about new version releases and which ones to use.
If you want an Anti Virus that really works get eTrust.

This software has performed perfectly for me: I'm on line 18 hrs a day, never had a virus problem, no pop-up information notices, daily updates, uninstalls cleanly, and I doubt the need for anything else for mail protection, and it is inexpensive. Beats Norton easily.

What a great package. A firewall based on Zone Alarm pro and and a 100% Virus Bulletin award certified antivirus for one year for free.
