ARES worked great (and super fast) for me when I installed it, however I haven't been able to get it to connect to the network in the past few days; what gives?

It is definatley isn't better for kazaa, especially when downloading software. I use Kazaa Lite, which has no viruses in it.. Ares does, but Ares Lite doesn't, yet and still, Ares is weak for software and games.. the same stuff that i look for on stuff like Bear Share and Kazaa, Ares doesn't have.. and i wish that it had a search more feature because the searches are too quick.. but it does have pretty swift downloads, but needs a lot of work..

All comp. users can appreciate this. Its a simple interface and is user friendly. The heck with bells and whistles. Fast DL's, no viruses, good quality, and a huge selection. Make sure your firewall is permitting access to Ares. That may be your problem with connection. Enjoy!

I think Ares is the best prog after kazaa which is too slow for my connection speed, ares is a good alternative mainly for the slower pc's behind you

This is amazing for everything but the only problem i have is that im on ares alot and it seem when im on for past 5 mins it just like stops downlaoding if u have any suggestions they would be appresiated or h/o u spell that<

very easy to use, fast connections, why would anyone use kazaa when this is out there. My only problem is unlike soul seek, which is my fav, you can view peoples files and download whole folders.
