You guys are either praising or belittlign the software but you have never mentioned your own website nor put the web address of your dating sites. It is best if you do that so that we can look at your own websites and make our own decisions. I thought the idea of dating sites is to get members and yet you are not promoting them here, so either you are the software developer or the competitor to not give any of your own website dating service link.

Bought this software in the beginning of July, by now already starting marketing campaign. Found no bugs so far, what I first considered bugs was just a result of wrong server settings and was fast corrected by ABK staff. Phone and chat support is marvellous. My first clients (I bough AbleDating not AbleSpace) are really happy about the 3D City. Thanks ABK-Soft and God bless you for this software!

We can speak about customer service or the speed of their replies, but what can be said for sure - it is a UNIQUE software, with UNIQUE features and a team that is professional. If you want something unique - take this software.

I read all these bad reviews here and it seems for me as if we were talking about some different software packages. The guys served me perfectly, they deliver new features almost every week, and by the way it is the richest software in features, by all means!! If you disagree please name any other!
Guys I do not believe it is written about you, maybe these are your competetors, but you are really great! Keep it up!!!

Nice features bad customer service
The software has many great features but you will needsome knowledge about changing code to customize the website. The code is open but changes do not stick if changedin the abledating admin panel. I have to go to an etml editor to make changes. Thier logo and title is all over the pace and it takes a while to find and repace it wit your own site name.

Additionally ustomer service is not great. You will get an response but answers are unlikly. Look at their online help before purchasing...the short non-helpful answers are what you can expect after the sale as well.

I paid extra or a custom design but it has never been delivered. When I ask about it I am ignored. The company isin Russia so they know they can ignore without penalty. I am able to work trough the code so I like the software but this is not for newcomers. A lot ofwork is required to customize and get asite online.

Bought it in June 2006, can say by now it has become a really professional software. I like especially their one-time-fee model, you do not have to pay for video servers and the like. It is awsome.

bad service
To get the updates you have to be 3 months with the software. They change the licence at their own convenince everytime they want, and they say they are protected for the russian laws and not the american laws. The customer service is the worst ever. I ask for help and it's been weeks and I have no response. The script has lots of bugs and they're going to say the problem is your server. I absolutly not recomend it.

When AbleDating first crawled out from the dark it looked rather clumsy, I must admit. But the price was so low, that I just couldn't help spending $450 for a 'complete' solution, and the thought of making money just by sitting back and watching the members crawl just made me buy it. Some of you may think it was a mistake, and I thought so too in a few weeks after trying to get everything working. Fed up, I contacted support and was told to wait for an update - and I got it, for free. It was helpful, as the updated dating script had become then rather stable, and some new features were added.. Month after month free updates were made available and in 'no time' I got an excellent running dating website!

The fact that much time was lost is compensated by the fact that I'm getting the same stuff that can be bought today in the complete version of AbleDating for free, having bought it in the past for a lower price.

I would recommend this script to those who are on a budget, as no additional fees will pop-up for technical support, updates and extra features.

Well I can not agree with the previous speaker. Maybe he bought it long ago, but I had it all working at once and can just say it is lovely. I have now more than 20 000 users.
