I HAVE MOST PROBABLY BEEN ONE OF YOUR MOST HECTIC CLIENTS AND YOU HAVE ALWAYS COME THROUGH AT THE END, POLITELY AND MOST OFTEN WITH A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.

Bugs, no customer support, no design, no money back, Mon Dec 10 2007

I want to give everuone a warning!!!
I just received my money back after my back had to do a recharge, It took 6 nmonths. Now I am thinking a bout suing them in court as well. They don't care about you after you apy the, thats my experience, dont do the same mistake as I did.
Also take a look at myspace.com/abledating if you have been scammed. I got lots of help..

I am just an ordinary businessman trying my luck running a dating site and know absolutely nothing about computer programming language, not to mention the more specific php or asp or whatever… .I chose ABKSoft’s AbleDating upon not only knowing its rich and efficient features but far more important was upon finding the most welcoming and responsive pre-sale support through Skype chat. Thought then “these are the guys I should be working with and source my software from”, and now it has proven to be the right choice for me.

i think able dating is a nice software, their support is also very good and helpful.
I think compared to other softwares able dating has a better platform and they make regular improvements.
Top service and top product!!

Hi, we brought able space with a unique template design. They were very good in pre-sales support but since they have our money their support is crap. Dimitry is very rude and seems to be the only one who works there. As for the reviews here saying how great they are, this is them.
They do not want to refund our money, so the 30 day guarantee is bullshit and what they promise will not happen. As for the unlimited video chat, how come other companies that offer video chat state that it is for a certain amount of simultaneous connections, not unlimited.
The 3d-city does not work and they are not partners of the Danish company that produce 3d-city.
We tried to post negative feedback on ABK forum but they blocked us.
So buyer beware of Dimitry Rudakov of Vladimir, Russia, and ABK and software that promises the world for a very little price. If it is too good to be true, then it is

This applies to AbleDating, AbleSpace & Mixer (Same Software different skin). I'm sorry to say, buying this software was the worst mistake ever, they advertise it as Full Open source and it is mostly encrypted. They are very helpful until they get your money, then you are stuck with an encrypted, unstable, unfinished software full of bugs that you cannot even fix yourself. And no support. It is a complete scam, most or all of the positive reviews around are from their developer team(You will recognize them easily). And do not get fooled by the "ovebynet2.com with 700,000 users" post you will see around, this is wind too unfortunately. The scam is documented at abk-soft.org . The best advice i can give here, if you want to buy that thing, you may as well burn your money right now. you would have been warned. And for all those that unfortunately already got done, you are not alone, there is help at the above site.

The software of ABK-Soft is really cool. It's an ideal solution for dating sites. The staff has worked out an ideal software with an ideal price. The main advantage of that software is that you will get back the sum which you have paid for it in a really short time. You will only have to set up your software and it will bring you real money.
They have got a very smart support, which will guide you through the purchase and the post-sale problems solving.
