Great product!
I love the 20/20 screen capture download. I am a software tester at work and am constantly capturing screenshots to attach to bugs, etc. The colour quality, etc. of the screenshots capture with 20/20 is great. You can add a bunch of annotations, add borders, re-size the image, etc. Very handy tool. I wish everyone at work would use it. The quality of the screenshots in some of our documents is awful!

I think 20/20 is a really great software but I can't use it! It is because of my computer. I am using window vista. I think it is a pity that I can't use this wonderful soft ware. Would any one tell me how to solve this problem? please!!

Hello,
I downloaded the program, but is doesn't work in windows vista. Altough i know that it works by other persons who use vista. What can I do to let it work?

This program is wonderful! Easy to learn and use. When I was teaching in a university setting, it was invaluable for making lecture slides and web pages. I highly recommend it for anyone who is involved in teaching with visual aids.

20/20 is a life saver -- it has helped me produce professional-looking training materials by allowing me to capture discrete images, annotate them and then integrate them into other files. It is easy to master and easy to use. Only drawback is that the scroll capture feature seems to break when you upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. Also, cannot find any support for this product.

I try to search the freeware for annotate the tiff image and I found it. It's pretty good.
