I just love the short update times. Beats the hell out of Norton and McAfee's update times by about 1200%.

This worked well for a free program. I have a PC I use to Download and it is always pulling down bad files. I ran a test and used both AVG & Norton after I opened a file I knew had a virus in it. The virus got past Norton, a paid avti-virus but the AVG free got it.

It updates more often than $-ware. Nice GUI/novice+ set-up. Scans in real time & doesn't over-tax RAM. Recovery feature is cool and 4 free, U can't beat it ;-]
