X.509 Test Certificates Wizard Description:

X.509 Test Certificates Wizard is a Wizard style application that creates self-signed .CER, .PVK and .SPC certificate files in just two steps. These certificates are used mostly for signing software e.g. when distributing ActiveX controls in Web pages, they should be packed in a .CAB file signed with these certificates. These certificates can be used for test purposes or if real certificates are missing in rare cases than for production too.
