We have been using this program for past 5 years in our big software company.... It's a great product, free, simple and very efficient! ...you can connect to any server through SSH and easily transfer your files/directories, etc.
NOTE: If you'd like to connect to a Windows machine, you need to install SSH first (e.g. OpenSSH is free!).
You can also set the file permissions (R/W/X) when copying the files which will save you time specially when copying files to Unix/Linux systems!
