This software is a great idea. However, I have never got it to work properly. Running under XP Pro, SP2. Program terminated abnormally many times. Upgraded to version 3, and have not been able to use it since. Keep getting 'Uknown Error', whatever that means. Complete waste of time and money! Trust me, go back to RM encoder or Windows Media Encoder and don't waste your cash on this stuff.
