Utilisync is set and forget replication for your important files. tag important files and folders. Set a place to make backup copies of these too. (This can be another volume, a USB memory stick, a Zip Drive or even a disk on the company network). Then every time a "tagged" file changes, a file in a "tagged" folder changes or a new file is added to a "tagged" folder a backup copy is made to your target location.
