Here's the beef - in early June 2010 their website said "30 day satisfaction guarantee with full refund". I PURCHASED their product and the same day asked for a refund. They no longer have the "30 day refund" on their website and will not honor it in my case. Sorry - in my book that's false advertising - not allowed in the US but this company is based outside. Not a happy camper
Product didnt work, customer support was RUDE and they refused to give a refund!
