Pretty POS but not very functional

the software is very easy to use, and very natural in how it works, but there is not enough depth to the software to cover when it gets bad input. we constantly have to fix bad prices that appear from no where, items get multiple item numbers without anyone assigning them and many other "glitches". i wouldnt have any problems with this but there is a COMPLETE lack of documentation for the software and no help from the manufacturer. so i have to try to work backwards from the problem totally blind as to what might cause it
