It must be good !
Just read the previous review. I don't personally know much about The Ultimate Troubleshooter, I am an enduser. But at work it is on all our computers, we have some sort of corporate licence, and when one of the technicians comes up to solve a problem, that is the first thing they use all the time. Just from that I would say it's got to be good for them to use it all the time like that. There are about 80 of us in our company.
This tool is so good we bought it for all our PCs
Didn't download it from here but thought I'd write. I evaluated this tool back in October and was won over instantly. I told my IT manager we had to have it as it would make our jobs so much easier- he listened and we bought it for our 47 PCs. Unbelievable value and yet the best IT product we've bought in 10 years. It is like buying a top class consultant for each of our PCs, and the best part, $17 each !

While the product performs as advertised, numerous attempts to contact support, or anyone at the company have met with silence - no response. To me, support can make or break a product, and in this case it breaks the product. Indeed, my program stopped working at all and numerous attempts to get a hold of anyone via email to help me solve the problem have never been returned.
