TetherBridge MIS-PC Description:
TetherBridge MIS is a mobile Internet sharing application to allow a pc (typically a laptop) to connect to the Internet through a Blackberry smartphone.This Blackberry tether app is NOT a wireless modem solution and does not set up a wireless IP modem tunnel through the cellular network. Instead, it shares the same wireless IP tunnel and IP address with all other TCP/IP applications on the Blackberry. As a result, the user does not need to pay tethering fees associated with wireless IP modem usage.
The application consists of a PC part (Windows installer file) and a Blacberry part (Blackberrry .cod file loaded through a .jad file). Instructions on installation and operation available at http://tetherbridge.com.
