Toki TC for Windows Description:
Toki TC is a tool to display a time code, a feet+frames counter, a frame counter and a line of text over a video movie.
Easy to use, it has all options to control the display of the time code:
- position of the time code anywhere in the picture
- set the start offset and frame rate
- choice of the font and size of the text
- choice of the colors of the text and the background
The movie with the time code can be exported in various formats: QuickTime, DV, MPEG-4, AVI, etc...
What's new in version 1.4:
- added a frame counter
- added the export of the track as a QuickTime TimeCode track
- added the initialization of the time code setting from the QuickTime Timecode track of the movie
- added counters and text alignment to left, center and right
- supports Unicode characters in movie's filenames
- movie export is faster
- runs under Windows 7
