TEXTools Description:

TEXTools (new release, April 2003) is a text processing tool for Windows that allows you to manipulate text like a pro using the paradigm of "pipes and filters". TEXTools pipes can be utilized interactively from TEXTools' graphical user interface or at the console prompt.
