Softoria Capture Description:
Softoria Capture is a quick, easy screen capture utility for Windows, which allows you to capture the entire screen. If you are interested in only capturing one window, you can select to capture the active window only. Also, with the programs, you can grab all or just a selected area of the screen or highlight windows objects. These programs let you save to a preset folder in standard file formats, preview captured screens, and customize hotkeys.

I agree at all. I use it to create tutorials and it works really well. maybe should be usefull to have the images directly saved with the correct extension already insert
