Serve-u is easy to set up and use. Works like a charm. The only fault I find is that I havent been able to get it to work when I have the router hooked up.
Turns out there's a nasty trojan out there that manages to trick norton into quarantining the .ini file in Serv-U that stores licensing info... Be aware of this when using this server software with NAV
