SeeThruClock Description:

Displays an analog clock in a circular window on the screen. The adjustable opacity allows use of this clock in TopMost mode over other windows. Everything in one executable file: SeeThruClock.exe - no install or uninstall required. Other configurable include Seconds Hand, Day/Date, Colors and Font. Configuration options are available by left or right clicking the little clock icon in the taskbar (usually at the bottom of screen)
