SDC Description:
SDC, The Simple Desktop Changer is the answer to all complicated Wallpaper Changers, which are available. With SDC you simply have to put all your backgrounds in a list and that's all. The program supports BMP and JPG images. SDC automatically converts JPG images to BMP (temporary) so you don't have to use the Windows Active Desktop.

I like this, nice and simple to use. The zip should probably contain more information to help you understand it's capabilities and how to use it! but its not too hard to guess what it should do. It's somewhat feature starved but a fantastic tool if you are the kind of person who is regularly changing their desktop as and when you see a new image you like. The JPG support is v useful. I'll be looking for something with more features tho
