I have only been working with computers for about 3 yrs. But I have been in Printing for over 30 years And I have to say this Program is just GREAT !!! Have you ever had a error message on your screen and have to try and write it all down so you can explain what it said to your Tech. Rep. OR Others over the phone etc. Well...With this Program you can print the screen with the error message, And now you have Printed Documentation to: FAX,FILE,MAIL (U.S.MAIL OR WEB MAIL) ETC. "AND IT'S FREE" !!! No Spyware or Adware. It's Easy to use and VERY SMALL, Only about 486 kb. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE !!!!! NOTE: NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPANY OR KNOW ANYBODY THAT WORKS THERE.
