PowerTCP Mail Tool Description:

Use the ActiveX controls included with the PowerTCP Mail Tool to add just about any popular email functionality to your application. Three components manage both sending and receiving email.

The SMTP component sends any email message. Supported functionality includes the ability to send any Internet message from simple text emails to complex multi-part MIME messages. Also, create a ready-to-send HTML email message with a single line of code.

The POP component receives email messages from a POP mail server. Supported functionality includes the ability to get all messages, a range of messages, or message parts from the server.

The IMAP component manages email messages on an IMAP server. Supported functionality includes the ability to add, remove, and modify mailboxes and manage and retrieve messages.

Included with the download are fully-functional sample applications for Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi, C++ Builder, .NET Framework, and ASP, including full-fledged POP, IMAP, and SMTP clients. In addition, web-based samples show how to create an online mail client like Hotmail. Also included is extensive documentation demonstrating how to use the FTP Tool within your favorite development environment.
