PhotoResizer Description:
Photo Resizer. A tool to resize or reduce photos for the purpose of email and web pages. Sending large files to friends and colleges can slow down systems and be costly to retrieve. With this tool you can reduce a 3.3 Mega pixel photo of file size 1.5 Mb JPEG to ca. 150kb JPEG and the receiver will view it 640x480 with amazing clarity. The email button open up a email dialog with the reduced file attached.

This is surely the best tool there is. My photos sizes have dramatically decreased, and the quality stays the same. It is getting a 5 star rating from me....
