I paid $134.85 for Phoneworks 2002 Professional. I have had numerous problems for which there are no answers in the documentation provided on the CD. I have yet to receive a response to their alleged email support after numerous requests over a four month period.
When I did find a telephone number, 888 898-4591where I was referred to 888 898-4746 where I was referred to their web site, Ringcentral.com. This was a futile endeavor where I was presented with a FAQ page full of useless irrelevant questions. For more information there is a reference to a “Knowledge base”, however, when clicking on that reference I was recycled back to the same FAQ page making a complete circle.
For support you are sent to a website that is totally useless and just keeps recycling you back to uninformative FAQs.
I would not wish this trash on my worst enemy.
