PadEditor by BB Description:
PAD files allow software developers to submit program information to participating sites without the need of filling in lengthy forms. The finished PAD file is in a predetermined XML format which can be easily read by participating software sites, automatically keeping their archives always up to date. PadEditor by BB is a tiny application which produces fully functional ver 2.0 PAD files. Also download the full source code to see how it works.

I am the author of PadEdit by BB. I am grateful that Sofotex displayed this free app. PAD files are the brain-child of ASP and this site is an example of their application. You can be assured that PAD enabled software sites are always up to date with the latest software products. The download is a tiny 107kb and the source code address is given in the help files.
