PG Real Estate Solution Description:
PG Real Estate - a turnkey solution to build a Real Estate Web Site. It is a perfect solution for a Real Estate Portal (property lease, rent and sale marketplace), Independent Realtors or Real Estate Agencies. The script allows managing site members, content and settings from administration panel. Site listings are 100% multilingual and may include property photos, floor plans, videos and virtual tours. Having set the exact address of the property, it can be viewed on Google, Yahoo, Microsoft Virtual Earth or Yandex Map.
Each listing has a print and pdf versions, 'send to a friend', share and ‘email me' options. Rental listings include internal calendar that displays booked and available days. Listings can be syndicated with major Real Estate Portals including Trulia, Google Base, Zillow and more.
The following features are available for site members: quick/refine/advanced searches, internal mailbox system, online contact forms, system notifications, weather gadget, mortgage calculator, detailed statistics in listings and more. Different paid services can be used to feature a listing - enabling a slide-show, lifting up a listing in search results, making a listing leader of the region, highlighting a listing. 14 payment systems (PayPal, e-Gold, Authorize.Net, CCBill.com, etc.) are pre-integrated into PG Real Estate. SMS and offline payments like wire transfer or cheque are supported as well. Administration panel design is adjusted in accord with usability requirements which result in improving efficiency and ease of learning.
As always, the Real Estate Web Site license includes free installation, free technical support, 12 months of updated software code for free. PG Real Estate is template driven, PHP based and installed on your web server. It means you won't be charged for listing publication or any other transactions. No programming skills are required to launch and manage PG Real Estate.

When did the s.ex.ual preferences of a client become important to a realtor?
Summary: Once you discover the whole thing was bastardized from dating software you realize the mistake of buying it.
We spent over $3,000 trying to get it rewritten enough to work and gave up as it was going to cost another 3k!
It's structure and coding is a total mess and an absolute nightmare!
We got a mail today saying the new version for 2010 was out and so figure maybe give it another go and try to recoup on the losses in time and money...
Guess what they want $230 for the upgrade!
My advice - avoid this software like the plague and avoid the money grabbing no good outfit behind the crappy coding
