PDF Creation
First class formatting and conversion from every major program we tried - but most important of all - the file sizes were awesome - better compression than any other program we tried - and yes that includes Adobe's Acrobat - ata fraction of the cost !
For corporate users - the site licenses make great sense with very low cost per seats.
We use both the general purpose version and the SDK which has allowed us to create applications including PDF output from our VB and C# apps - we dont use delphi ourselves - but the components fro Delphi developers are there and provided free of charge.
The optional PDF-Tools app makes the manipulation of existing files and batch conversion of MS Office and image files a breeze.
PDF-Tools offers the user the ability to Merge and extract pages from existing PDF files, add bookmarks and watermarks - also the renumbering of pages is a really neat feature when you have merged files as the page number otherwise on existing pages makes no sense !
This also includes the ability to scan from Twain and WIA (Win XP) devices direct to PDF - as well as many other neat functions.
Truly an awesome tool for such as small sum !
Finally the support is excellent -we got quick and helpful answers on the 2 occassions we needed advice - and that was before we had parted with a penny for product.
