Oracle SafetyNet Description:
A free program that allows small and medium sized shops running Oracle on Windows based servers to automate the process of regularly backing up and exporting data from their database to external files. These files can then be backed up and stored on other media, allowing the company to recover the complete database or individual tables in case of disaster. The program expires every 60 days but is completely free.

Program is pretty easy to use and does work to allow you to do exports and backups for Oracle. Major problem is that this doesn't let you do recoveries from crashes. As far as I can tell, you need to know what you're doing to use the exports etc. to recover. But, it IS free.
