Offline Commander Description:
Offline Commander lets you download and organize Web pages or entire Web sites for offline browsing or searching. You can search downloaded Web sites for keywords using built-in full-text indexing and view the directory structure of a Web site and its site map. You can also surf the Internet faster while you are online, pre-fetching specific links with a click of the mouse, and record every page you browse with the built-in browser. Offline Commander features a very intuitive user interface, multi-threaded Web spider, reports, and powerful pattern- matching URL filters that you can debug and modify even after a download starts. A very useful feature of Offline Commander lets you fetch multiple links within a text selection with a single click of the mouse.

This one is GOOD! One DREAM software!
Offline Commander. Much better than anything else I've tried
A superb programme. Takes some getting used to but incredibly useful, powerful and flexible. Most useful feature for me is the abilitly to take a "snapshot" of a site and store it in a single file for future reference.

This is the only offline downloader I've found that correctly displays every webpage. It has its own PHP offline viewer and other coding viewer. All of the others had errors and broken links. Highly recommended. The only problem is that you can't anchor it to the system tray, but that's a minor qualm.
