Noopads Description:
Noopads is a launch bar functions as a cover over the ads for free version of the Opera web browser.
Noopads is only visible when the Opera browser is visible. If you minimize or close Opera (or hide it behind other windows), noopads hides itself too (but can be reached by right-clicking the traybar icon).
