When it works, it is great.
However, I have had numerous problems with the client.
However, it crashes often and users receive a message that displays the exe name, which makes it easy to realize monitoring software is on the machine.
It claims to record web-based emails, but that is not working on any machine, but it does record Outlook emails.
The hot keys to open the client application do not always work.
Technical support replies quickly, but have not given me any helpful information. They have said to simply clear the logs, which I already do daily.
