I was looking for something that could throttle my internet connection on an application-by-application basis. I found NetPeeker. WOW! It has exactly what I wanted, and more. Not only can I throttle each application uploads and downloads, but individual connections within the application! The list of management features is amazing. Zone Alarm is easier to use than the included firewall function, but NetPeeker is MUCH more customisable. The monitoring is pretty cool, especially the logs, but DU Meter's graphs are better looking and easier to interpret. Having used things like DUMeter and NetMedic for years, I'm very impressed. Way too many features to review here. Pop-up blocker is something I haven't used, since the latest Google toolbar for IE does a nice job, but the options on this are good.
Overall, a MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to make sure their net connection is doing what they want. Great management and monitoring tool.
