I would definitely recommend NetDecision if you need complete NMS solution.
The product is awesome. We have been using HP OpenView for quite a while and recently switched to NetDecision and I would say that the functionality of the product is so powerful and flexible that we have been able to customize it to suite our needs in a short period of time. The interface is very similar to MS Office and our operators are very happy about that. The learning cycle is very short because of the intuitive and easy to use GUI interface. The product is very stable. You’ve got to try it!
