The user interface is pretty good and the software is relatively easy to use. Its easier than using Microsofts Mail Merge from Word since this adds a button to Outlook when writing a new mail. It is very useful for sending an email to lots of friends all at once whilst each friend will think they got a personal email from you. Summary - good product, easy to use.
