This is a little buggy. Since it has been out for a while, one would expect it to be sorted, which it isn't. Going to their support site, you see tremendous times between posts (like, a year, 03, 06, 07 and 08 of 2004), with interesting "we are working on it" replies.
Several I have read simply un-installed it.
I loaded it, it initially looked like it might work, but upon re-boot this morning the toolbar is gone, none of their tutorials solves the problem, e-mails to support and a trouble ticket have yet to generate a response.
If you cannot enter SPAM, what's the purpose?
It tells you it has "caught" 24 SPAM messages, when no such number shows up ANYwhere, and they cannot seem to answer where these have gone.
One intersting item is it looks like these are "estimates" only, and not the real count.
I certainly do not have the time to de-bug software, I have just un-installed it and am searching for something better.
