Privacy issues and restrictive license
1 license only works for 1 computer. In order to authenticate/unregister software copies, developer has to track and log usage of the software. They do not state clearly their policies and trick buyers to purchase a second license for desktop/laptop usage. Try BigOven instead

Great program. Lousy customer service. If anything goes wrong, your only option is to buy another subscription. Don't even bother trying to contact them for support. I have just purchased Mastercook 8.0 Deluxe instead.
