Real Estate Investments are better with Leverage by Glacier Concept

I am thinking about buying a multi-unit as a real estate investment. The real estate broker had the listing price at $800,000. When I used Leverage Personal Edition to run through the numbers, I realized that the broker over priced the property. When I showed the broker my report analysis from Leverage Personal Edition, the real estate broker let me submit a lower bid and the seller is strongly considering my offer price. I would not have been able to do negotiate without Leverage Personal Edition by Glacier Concept. It's amazing.
