Review for Laxius Force

Best RPG
Really good and entertaning game i loved it, couldn't possibly be better. Especially when you have finished playing the Laxius Powers (free download at www.laxiusforce.com)
Overall: A-list.
I can't wait for more.

Pros: Nothing to speak of.
Cons: Pretty much everything.
Summary: I've played many shoddy indie-developed, SNES-style RPG titles in my time, but for however bad they get, at least most of them are free to play and therefore don't dent your wallet in the process. This one, however, takes the cake as well as the cash. The following blurb is from the main website:
"Laxius Force is an enthralling title that will have you thumping your keyboard as
you continue to be enticed by it?s addictive characteristics and fantastic storyline"
A glowing endorsement indeed, but after playing Laxius Force myself, the only things I felt like thumping were the developers. Within five minutes of starting up the game, I was treated to appalling dialogue, poor grammar and bad spelling. Here's a little taster, just so you know what we're dealing with:
?Undead, are you sure the two of us only is needed to explore the place??
?Why did the lord of skeltons(sic) curse you??
Just to repeat, this is within in the *first five minutes* of firing up the game. The game boasts ?80+ hours? of this, and I can?t imagine it getting any better. Sure, the graphics are nice, but they're hardly ground breaking and nothing special relative to the competition.
I couldn't bring myself to play Laxius Force for more than ten minutes. Are we seriously expected to pay good money for a game with such shoddy production values? No thanks.

I liked it! The personalities are cool and there is a lot of situations that you cannot expect that surprise the player and make you want more. You won't stop playing until you see the end of it. I think is truly a fantastic RPG!
Excuse my english I'm from Brazil!
