I liked the concept of Knowledge Room, being able to add and organize information to books, just like having your own library. But the concept as stated does not match the actual features. I have not been able to copy an Outlook email to a book and after five days and three emails requesting help on this feature I am still waiting for a response, so I guess Knowledge Room does not offer support when you have a problem. Aligning open windows so that information can be dragged into the books takes practice and you can only drag from a web page that is opened from within Knowledge Room. The price is good and if I ever receive email on how to resolve the Outlook email error I will purchase this program because it offers a better than average solution for organizing.
