Very clean application
Application allows you to put your best foot forward for every job you pursue. My interview to sent resume ratio is now 1 interview for every 3 resumes sent!
Very professional
Very professional. Application is focused on tailoring your experience to each and every job you apply to. Much better approach to finding a job than mass mailing or drag and drop/cut and paste approach to finding a job. You really do have to be the ideal candidate they are looking for and this program excels in Aces and Spades in accomplishing that. Well done all the way around.

This job search software is great. It is integrated with MS Word so all changes to your resume are instantaneous. It saves job listings from the web and allows you to apply from right inside the program.
