This is a Multi Platform Image Editing/Enhancement/Retouch Application written in Java offering various filters, effects and transformation with user friendly interface. Offering a wide range of adjustment for most effects, you will find many features not found on expensive commercial editors. It has been successfully tested in Windows(9x/NT/2000/XP), Linux, solaris,OS/2,Macintosh and IRIX.
The new version also includes a GIF Animation Wizard called JPhotoAnim, Exif Support and a tool called JPhotoBatch which allow batch processing like renaming / resizing (including generating thumbnails) / format(file type) change of multiple image files in a directory at the click of the mouse.

This one is really cool. Same program rus in my Linux system and my windows laptop. good value for money.

This is a really buggy piece of software. At its $25 price tag, the application makes a feeble attempt at being a photo editor. At the end of the day, while the photo editor alone appears to do a decent job, the application slows down your computer, mostly from what appears to be poorly written code.
