BuzMe only communicates via e-mail and sends canned answers for problem resolution regardless of the problem you submit. Turn around time for e-mail is about 2 days. No way to talk with someone to resolve your problem. My problem on 2 computers is that merely dragging the cursor across their pop-up action area, triggers a lost call and it is still unresolved after 6 days.
