Poor attention to detail in the user interface lets this product down - it looks amateurish. Interceptor lacks saving and restoring logs to/from disk, so is a limited tool for logging. You can only see browser activity, as Interceptor hooks up as a proxy (on port 81) - you can't intercept data from another Windows application, (or a command-line program), if they don't support proxy connections. HttpLook may be what you'r looking for.
