I have had this product for a couple of months now, and it is very buggy. Increditools tech support is by email only, and have only gotten a response to about 20% of my emails to them. The program sometimes crashes. The preloader does not work in Internet Explorer, and even though they have had new builds, it is still not fixed. It works in Firefox, but only 20% of the browser market is Firefox. In one email from them, they asked me to post an example of the problem. I did, and then never heard back from them. I emailed them to see if they reviewed it. Again, I never heard back. What a waste of time. If you care about what your site looks like, find another tool. Don't waste your money or time.
